  Shipping policy

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 and a flat $8 shipping rate on all orders under $75 within the Continental United States.

What is your order processing time?

As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be immediately dispatched to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-3 days.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the US.

When will I receive my order?

For US-based deliveries, we use our supplier's standard shipping methods which include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  

Products are usually shipped within 1-3 days after receiving your order, but some suppliers may take up to 6 - 7 days.  Longer than average processing times will be noted in the product description. Shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes about  3-7 business days depending on the location of our manufacturer and your location. 

If an item is made to order, the additional time it takes to be made and shipped will be noted in the product description.  

Once Spirit Celeste has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 

Spirit Celeste is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. This email will contain a link that will direct you to the shipping partner's website so you may track the shipment's progress. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases. 

Additionally, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to receive tracking information. 

Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

There will be times when you order more than one item on Spirit Celeste, that your order will ship in more than one shipment. To avoid unnecessary shipping materials and resources,

Spirit Celeste has consciously chosen to ship the majority of our items directly from the manufacturer.  In many cases, we feel that this is a more sustainable and timely method to ship products as it avoids a shipment from a manufacturer to a warehouse and the necessity of repackaging and shipping products back out again in new shippers to the end customer. 

Do you offer rush shipping?

Spirit Celeste does not offer rush shipping at this time.

What about damages or errors?

We are here to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your order!  If for any reason, your order arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction, we will ensure that you are refunded or that your items are replaced.  Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
