SHIPPING INFORMATION

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size. Please proceed to checkout to view available carrier options and pricing.


What is your order processing time?

Once payment is successfully processed, your order is immediately sent to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring or preparation (if applicable), quality inspection, and packaging.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but some suppliers or made-to-order items may require up to 6–7 business days. Extended processing times will be clearly noted in the product description.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide. Available shipping options and carriers will appear at checkout based on your delivery address.

If you experience any checkout or shipping issues, please contact us before placing your order.


When will I receive my order?

For U.S. deliveries, we ship using standard carrier services including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

After processing, shipping within the continental United States generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the location of the manufacturer.

For international orders, delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

If an item is made to order, production time will be added before shipment and clearly disclosed in the product description.


Order ownership, risk, and delivery

Once Spirit Celeste transfers your package to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Spirit Celeste is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays


Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Spirit Celeste is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


Customs, duties, and international orders

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and duties required by their country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are not controlled by Spirit Celeste.

Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for free reshipment or full refunds.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

While most carriers provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee tracking availability for all shipments.

Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately.

To reduce unnecessary handling, shipping materials, and environmental impact, Spirit Celeste ships many items directly from our manufacturing partners.

This allows for faster fulfillment, improved sustainability, and reduced repackaging.


Do you offer rush shipping?

At this time, Spirit Celeste does not offer expedited or rush shipping.


Shipping delays & force majeure

Spirit Celeste is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions, customs inspections, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, port congestion, natural disasters, and global supply chain interruptions.


DAMAGES, ERRORS & MISSING ITEMS

We want you to love your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted outside this window may not be approved.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return eligibility

Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging attached

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Final sale items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable, unless required by law:

  • All made-to-order items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise

  • Intimates, swimwear, or accessories without original hygiene seals


Domestic returns (United States)

Approved U.S. returns may be eligible for:

  • Refunds to the original payment method

  • Exchanges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


International returns

International returns are accepted only if the customer covers all return shipping fees, customs charges, VAT, duties, and brokerage costs.

All approved international returns will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not available for international orders.


Return authorization

All returns must be approved before shipping.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected and sent back to the customer.


Return shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly packaging return shipments and using a trackable shipping service.

Spirit Celeste is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund processing (U.S. orders only)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees, customs charges, and duties are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund (U.S. orders only) or store credit may be issued.


Refused or undeliverable packages

Packages refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or unpaid customs fees are not eligible for free reshipment or full refunds.

Additional shipping charges will apply.
