Refund policy

At Spirit Celeste, we strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products as we personally handpick artists and vendors that meet our high standards. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to assist you with making your return.

Please follow the following steps to request your refund:

Please contact us by emailing spirit@spiritceleste.com within 15 days of delivery of your order to obtain a return authorization number. All sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label if the product is defective. Otherwise, returns for a store credit or exchange for a full-priced item are always free for your first request. After that, subsequent exchanges and returns will incur our $8 flat shipping fee per package. Returns for a refund will also incur the return shipping fee of $8 per package. 

Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.

Once an RMA number has been received, we must receive the return within 10 days from the day the return authorization was issued.  Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service and return the items in their original form and packaging to:

When we receive your return, we will promptly credit your account within three business days and send you a copy of the refund memo.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet the above conditions and that we are not able to accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.
